Most pet stairs are designed around one assumption: If your pet needs steps sometimes, the steps need to stay visible all the time. Slide Step removes that assumption.
Instead of existing permanently beside your furniture, the structure is designed around the unused horizontal space underneath it. When stored, Slide Step retreats beneath the bed or sofa. When needed, it pulls outward to create a stepped pathway.
The furniture stays where it is. The room stays open. And the pet access appears only when you choose to use it.

The defining innovation behind Slide Step is its nested structure. Rather than storing several individual steps separately, the stepping sections are designed to occupy a compact horizontal footprint when closed. The levels visually compress into the furniture zone beneath the bed or sofa.
When pulled outward, the structure expands into a clear sequence of stepping surfaces. Think of it as: Storage form → Access form. One object. Two spatial states.
Closed Mode: Almost Gone
